On July 15, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 530 corporate employees from NTT Data's Asia Pacific region will gather at SJK(C) Serdang Baru 2 for the Green Future Initiative Project. This transformative event aims to revitalize designated zones into vibrant, sustainable environments through impactful activities. Participants will enhance recycling centers with colorful murals and barrier installations, construct soil-filled brick borders, and refurbish flower pots. Volunteers will clear and replant garden areas while engaging students in recycling efforts. With Mr. PNG KIM MENG, CEO of NTT DATA SINGAPORE INC, as our main sponsor, and YBrs. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Suhaizi Mat Su, Deputy Director of PUTRA AGRICULTURE CENTRE, invited, this 5-year initiative advances zero-waste practices and sustainable agriculture. In line with the JCIM Zero Waste Campaign, single-use plastics are banned; attendees are required to bring their own water bottles or use paper cups. This project will educate students about sustainability, beautify school grounds, and foster community engagement in environmental stewardship.
